Slow-Braised Lamb Shanks with red wine, tomato & spices, Dolmas Rice Pilaf with grape leaves, dill & currants and Greek Country Salad.

Monday, 6/5
Top Sirloin Steak with red wine sauteed mushrooms, Artichoke & Fingerling Potato "Hash" and Little Gem Salad with blue cheese vinaigrette.

Tuesday, 6/6
Cider Brined Pork Chops, Yes, Macaroni & Cheese Potatoes and Braised Red Cabbage.

Wednesday, 6/7
Chicken & Dumplings, Mashed Potatoes whipped with buttermilk & chives and Buttered Peas & Carrots.

Thursday 6/8
Prawn Scampi with garlic & white wine Linguine, Sara's Baby Greens Salad with avocado, walnuts, apples & balsamic dressing and Crusty Late Bake Baguette.

Friday 6/9
Roast Turkey Breast and chardonnay gravy, Brown Butter & Sage Mashed Potatoes and French Green Beans with slivered almonds.

Saturday, 6/10
