Chicken Parmesan housemade tomato sauce with mozzarella, Spaghetti with cauliflower, green olives & almonds and Hearts of Romaine & Radicchio with Italian dressing.

Monday, 8/14
Mom's Stuffed Bell Peppers with rice, tomato & beef, Crisp Green Salad with Ranch dressing and Francese Garlic Bread.

Tuesday, 8/15
Chicken & Dumplings in a light cream sauce with carrots, celery & thyme, Mashed Potatoes whipped with buttermilk & chives and Buttered Green Beans.
