Swedish Meatballs with a rich, creamy sauce & lingonberry jam, Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Baby Spinach Salad with poppy seed dressing.

Monday, 3/27
Chicken Parmesan housemade tomato sauce & mozzarella, Spaghetti with cauliflower, green olives & almonds and Caesar Salad with Gayle's garlic croutons.

Tuesday, 3/28
Ray Brown & Eddie Mendenhall Jazz Duo, 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Chicken Fried Steak with bacon pepper gravy, Mashed Potatoes and Chopped Iceberg Salad with blue cheese dressing.

Wednesday, 3/29
Grilled Salmon with artichoke piccata sauce, Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and Buttered Asparagus.

Thursday, 3/30
Chicken Marsala with crimini & porcini mushroom sauce, Parmesan Risotto and Little Gem Lettuce with herb shallot dressing.

Friday, 3/31
Balsamic & Beer Braised Short Ribs, Savory Bread Pudding and Green Beans with toasted almonds.
