Chicken Marsala with crimini & porcini mushroom sauce, Parmesan Risotto and Broccolini with preserved lemon.

Monday, 7/17
Cider Brined Pork Chops smothered in onions, Tuscan White Beans slow simmered with tomato & garlic and Creamy Kale.

Tuesday, 7/18
Chicken & Dumplings in a light cream sauce with carrots, celery & thyme, Mashed Potatoes whipped with buttermilk & chives and Fresh Steamed Broccoli.

Wednesday, 7/19
Southwest Skirt Steak with salsa fresca & crispy onions, Fresh Corn Pudding and Chopped Salad with jicama & citrus dressing.
